General Instructions for Health Check:
- Health checks are done through prior appointment.
- Please report at the appointed time given to you at the reception counter.
- Please ensure you have been on complete fasting for 12 hours prior to check.
- Do not take Medicines, Alcohol, Tobacco or any other food or liquid in the morning.
- Please bring the laboratory requisition form or the doctor’s prescription.
- In case you are suffering from previous disease, you are advised to bring the previous Medical Records.
- If you are on regular medication please bring them along with you.
- It is not advisable to undergo any health check during the menstrual cycle.
- Few of the health check packages will take one whole day.
- To generate the reports for few investigations will take couple of days.
- If you have questions or concerns regarding any portion of Women’s Health Check enrolment, screening, or anything else please contact your Doctor or Reception.
Note:
Kindly inform us in case of cancellations or postponements at least 24hrs in advance.
In case we are unable to carry out any test/s or consultation because of unforeseen reason/s; the same test/s will be carried out on some other working day as per convenience.
